Meet the Team
Will Find Hope is made up of a diverse group of individuals, with people of all ages and backgrounds contributing to our team! We welcome all those willing to volunteer and help their community.
Our Board of Directors
Will Find Hope has a long and personal history helping the communities of Will & Grundy County, and our chosen Directors reflect this history. Below, each of our directors would like to introduce themselves and speak a bit about their reasons for working at Will Find Hope.

President / Director
Joy Fink
My name is Joy Fink and I am the Co-Founder of Will Find Hope (WFH) and Director of the Junior’s Division.
I joined WFH because I love helping people. I’ve always put other people before myself and when I help someone else, it makes me happy. I also got involved with this organization to help others by sharing my story. When I was in middle school and high school, I felt alone in everything I struggled and dealt with. I wanted to join so I could show others they are not alone by sharing my story. Joining has given me not only the chance to help other people, but it’s also given me the chance to connect with the youth and be a role model for them in the best way I know how. My hope is to inspire other people that it’s okay to talk about mental health and to show youth they can make a difference in the world.

Vice President / Director
Ginni Demko
My name is Ginni Demko and I am the co-founder and head partner of WFH & the Junior's Division.
I am apart of juniors because I love to assist & guide youth to make decisions that they are proud of themselves for making.

Director
Ariana Basske
Hi, my name is Ariana Basske and I have been involved with Will Find Hope (WFH) since 2016, I was in my teens at the time when I found myself looking for a way to help the community. WFH has allowed me to find purpose in that goal I original had.
I am currently in school working toward a degree in social work, with plans to become a licensed Clinical Social worker. My past positions have allowed me to gain experience with mental health, the aging population, homelessness, foster families, individuals with disabilities and trauma. I am proud to be a part of Will find hope, and look forward to serving the community for years to come!

Temporary Marketing Director
Samantha Smith
As Marketing Director of Will Find Hope, I am responsible for the upkeep of WFH social media accounts, website, and any other platforms which pertain to marketing or graphic design. I aim to produce content on monthly awarenesses on a regular basis, with the help of the marketing team. Additionally, I aim to seek out new opportunities for marketing the organization in order to reach new members and new families.

Our Featured Juniors!
At Will Find Hope, we believe in teaching the importance of community, leadership and hard work at a young age. Thus we have created our "Junior's Division." This group is for students from middle school to high school that are interested in volunteer work and want to be hands on. These juniors will work closely with our Board of Directors to learn skills related to their interests while helping their local communities.
Below, a few of our juniors would like to share why they enjoy working with Will Find Hope.
